Ron Wiley is a successful business growth specialist with a vast experience in Accounting, Audit and Business Management.
Ron spent over 20 years at Sears Canada where he developed his impressive, numbers matter, business skills.
He spent some time in operations however he developed his understanding and appreciation for the importance of how proper financials can impact business decisions in his many years in the Accounting and Audit departments. In his final six years at Sears he managed the catalogue Agent Support department for Western Canada.
After leaving Sears he was an Inventory Control Manager that set up, stocked and opened a one million square foot warehouse and distribution center for Loblaws Canada.
He then set up and operated several successful small businesses in Building Maintenance, Home Renovations, New Home Sales and even imported several products from China to sell on Amazon.
A couple of years ago he heard of the incredible high rate of small business failures so decided to get back into the Bookkeeping business with the purpose of helping small businesses. He now runs a Bookkeeping and Small Business Coaching business. This business has thrived and has had many success and turnaround stories. He continues to stress the importance of proper systems throughout any business along with many growth strategies including Mergers and Acquisitions for rapid growth.
