Olivio G. Manuel graduated from GIA in Carlsbad CA, Gemological Institute of America as gemologist in 2000. He has Experience in polished diamond, grading, appraisal, pricing and marketing. Also, has experience in all colored stones included; Rubies, Emeralds, Sapphires, garnets, etc.
He studied Rough Diamond Grading, Appraising, Marketing, Buying and Selling at AIDC, America Institute of Diamond Cutting, at Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2005.
He worked for Ben Bridge Jewelers, Whitehall, The Jewelers of Las Vegas, Zales and others; worked as independent Jewelry, watches and Estate Jewelry appraisal for Zales and private costumers in Las Vegas with Joel Lucky on and off since 2006.
He priced and appraised for Super Pawn now Cash America as the only Gemologist at the main warehouse in Las Vegas for two years. And Worked Experience in mining in Lunda North, Bie in Angola and Sierra Leone, in 2005 and 2013 and 2016-2017.
He graduated from UNLV with BSBA in Economics and Business Administration.
Language: Speak, write and read Portuguese fluently and understand and speak Spanish intermediate.
He represented a group of investors in artisanal mining and purchasing diamonds in Angola and Sierra Leone in 2005, 2006, 2013-2014.
Worked in management in retail stores and Hospitals.
He promoted international business as a liaison for construction and Architecture Company to develop an Urban Area in Angola, with a representative of American Steel, Born International (a California company), Uniprev-Jardin de Rosas, Angola.
