Michelle Torres is an accomplished Business Manager and Strategist with well over 20 years of accumulated experience. With a BBA in Finance, a BBA in Marketing, and an MBA in International Business, Michelle held key management positions with major corporations in the banking, aviation, and IT industries. Her vast range of experience and skillsets include but are not limited to strategic planning, business and process optimization, business development, financial analysis, as well as budget and project management.
With a great deal of comfort in managing communications across a broad range of stakeholders, including C-Level leadership, Michelle is extremely competent in strategically leveraging business methodologies to streamline as well as optimize operating procedures, maximize customer experience and satisfaction, and increase revenues. During her time with JP Morgan Chase Bank, Michelle ranked top 5% of Account Managers in the state of Texas and top 10% nationwide by consistently surpassing monthly revenue goals more than $1.5M above quota.
In addition to being extremely business savvy, Michelle absolutely loves puzzles, basketball, and has an affinity for planes, cars and helicopters. She loves to travel and has visited 50 countries and hundreds of cities in her lifetime thus far. She’s an avid reader, takes dancing lessons with her mother on a weekly basis, and although she doesn’t necessarily enjoy playing full rounds of golf, she’s been known to have a pretty mean drive.
