Mehran Aminzadeh is a highly successful real estate investor and entrepreneur and has extensive experience in distressed property acquisition, management, real estate investing, and business acquisitions.
Mehran has years of experience in real estate investing, construction of new luxury custom homes, rental properties, multi-units, and single-family home foreclosures.
In 2008 Mehran founded Summit Solutions Team Corp with the goal to invest in bank foreclosed properties in working class neighborhoods and resell as installment sale to homeowners with affordable payments. In 2010 Mehran established Best-2-Own Homes, an extension arm of Summit, with the mission to transform lives through affordable housing and empowering families to enjoy the American dream of home ownership instead of renting. While Summit has been focused on growing its cash-flowing portfolio of foreclosed properties with long term contracts / notes with investment partners, Mehran has turned hundreds of renters into homeowners in 20 states across the US.
Mehran’s work with Summit and Best-2-Own Homes benefits banks with their undesired foreclosed and distressed houses, creates a winning solution and turns renter to first time homeowners, helps the community by removing the vacant properties onto tax rolls, and stabilizes the local real estate markets. Additionally, real estate investors have an opportunity to invest and gain a healthy and safe return on an investment secured by real estate.
Currently Mehran is utilizing his real estate expertise in Security Equity Group to help businesses quickly grow their profits, increase their valuation, and sell for a significantly larger profit.
Prior to real estate Mehran held various engineering and managerial positions in high tech semiconductor industry with Intel Corp and a startup company in Silicon Valley for 18 years. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering in the field of semiconductors in 1988 from Oregon State University.
From 2011 to 2020, Mehran helped his community and volunteered as assistant Scout Master in Boy Scouts of America and led numerous camping, hiking, skiing, white water rafting, and summer camps for boy scouts and his son. He lives with the fundamental principle of helping people and creating winning solutions for all.
Mehran enjoys outdoor activities, camping, skiing, water sports, and scuba diving with his family.
