| Marlene Luyt is an educator with experience at secondary and tertiary levels in both South Africa and New Zealand. In South Africa her focus was on coaching students at community college level in areas such as business communication as well as business etiquette and deportment. She operated as Head of Department and she was co-responsible for compiling and grading of national exit examinations in her subject area. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree and two post graduate teaching diplomas.
Marlene and her husband, Johann, are long time property investors that have focused on various strategies including property development, rehabbing and flipping, buy and hold, commercial real estate and more. In addition, Marlene was licensed and operated as a fully accredited realtor in South Africa.
