Over the course of 15 years working as a Senior and a Principal Systems Engineer and Leader, Sylvia Albaugh incorporates the knowledge and experience required for being a business owner and successfully running a company. Sylvia is currently an active Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon, responsible for leading a team for agile, development operations and mission planning in compliance with Military Standards. In previous years, Sylvia was responsible for leading teams that specialize in design, evaluation, simulation testing and integration. Sylvia is also experienced in analyzing electrical parts, PCB hardware, system failures in high-level test systems and electronic devices; this includes the failure mode, effects and critical analysis of the products (FMECA), UFMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA and MFMEA, based on the 6 sigma standards, Lean Manufacturing and 510k, IEC 60601-1 standards for governing electrical characteristics for medical devices, ISO 14971 Medical Device Risk Management and ISO 13485:2016 QMS in (Eigen). Over the years, Sylvia has established a strong background of proficiency in high and low volume manufacturing, fabrication, plant and production process development, design, validation, verification, testing, electrical engineering, manufacturing modules, quality and industrial engineering.
