The Mathematical “Character” – Finding Your Inner Actor was first developed as an Effective and Expressive Communication Workshop.

This course is designed to expose teachers and public speakers/lecturers to the theater arts. Participants will learn basic acting, breathing, voice/speech, and movement techniques to pep up presentation and overall communication skills. Learning to develop a sense of ease and fun while speaking to any group can be the difference between effectively communicating your subject matter or completely losing audience interest. For presenters, we will discuss simple psychological principles that can create powerful, impactful communication to your audiences. These helpful hints will bring life to your presentations through confidence and play! “All the world’s a stage, and men and women merely players…” Shakespeare
