| Johann Luyt has extensive transformation management experience with three successful business turn-arounds in the construction, mining and hospitality industries. His background includes experience in organizational design, strategy development and implementation, budgeting and forecasting, corporate governance with full P&L responsibility, business development, asset management and contract management.
He is an effective communicator and a strong leader with experience in diversity management, cross-cultural communications, as well as conflict resolution. Johann has extensive international business experience, having lived in three countries and managed operations in several more.
Johann and his wife, Marlene, are long time property investors that have focused on various strategies including property development, buy and hold, buying and flipping, and more.
