Jackie truly enjoys organizing everything – from business offices to tax documents to closets. She likes learning how things work. She enjoys developing new (or tweaking existing) procedures and systems as well as problem solving and working with people to improve their work environment and processes. Jackie likes to identify and be able to help others understand “why” a specific procedure or technique is used (and/or should be modified) as well as the “how”.
Jackie has found that when people understand more about why they are doing a specific job or task and how what they do affects others and the business as a whole; they begin to see the “big picture”. Most of them then want to become part of the team and help the company achieve its goals. It’s great to see how investing in people can benefit both the individuals involved and the company.
