| I would like to introduce myself. My name is Gregg L. Hammock. My professional career started at age 17 in the United States Army and extended through my final military position as a Master Sargent at the Pentagon. I learned survival in impossible situations, how to read people and situations and how to encourage changes in the direction of those circumstances. This served as an invaluable business education in creative circumstance.
After my retirement from the military I became a union carpenter and followed a natural progression to residential contracting, business contracting and full circle to strategic investing in real estate and wide range of businesses. I’ve bought and sold a number of businesses including construction companies, hotels, single family homes and multi -family units. My interests are varied and that has served me well—not only with broad business knowledge but with the contacts that go with such endeavors.
After thirty-five plus years in business, I have a vast, tried and tested working knowledge of business from the ground up. I have been the carpenter, the foreman, the owner and the financier. Over the past several years, I have partnered in the conception, strategic planning and growth of businesses in a wide range of industries. I am pleased to bring you my expertise and the experience of my partners in Time Equity Group to invest in the acquisition and growth of businesses worldwide.
As a partner in Time Equity Group, we seek small profitable companies (sales of $1-10M) who have been in business for three years or more. Our intent is to buy or grow these companies, triple their profits in 12-24 months, then sell the company in 24-36 months.
Company categories may include manufacturing, distribution, high tech companies, service companies and e-commerce companies. Each business has a unique value proposition and is evaluated based upon their growth potential – including patents, trademarks or the ability to franchise.
