Experience:
1993 – 2000 – Started an electronic manufacturing and repair company servicing the Nuclear Power Industry and ran that company as President for seven years driving revenue from zero dollars up to $1 Million.

2000 – 2008 – Bechtel Construction Co. as a Project Manager throughout the United States and internationally in Bulgaria managing teams in all facets of construction such as; schedule, budget, design, define the implementation scope, manage the bid process, risk management, change management, manage conflict, and oversee the General Contractors and subcontractors.

2008 – Present – Owner’s Representative Consultant on numerous projects within the Nuclear Power Industry with the same responsibilities above.  Projects include but not limited to:

• Re-roofing a 65,000 sq. ft. project with both concrete and metal substrate surfaces- $4M
• Replacing (6) Emergency Diesel Generator Auto Voltage Regulators – $3M
• Plant Computer replacement – $18M
• (9) Large Chiller Digital Control Panel Replacements – $2,8M
• Developing the infrastructure of 27 acres including; grading, roads, water, sewer, fire protection, drainage and lighting. $10M
• Design and Construction of the Expansion of the main Switchyard and power distribution including 100 ft high voltage tower, 100MVA Transformer, two switchgears, over a mile of duct bank. – $11M
• Design and Construction of an Outage Support Facility- 65,000 sq. ft. two story building – $35M
• Design and Construction of an 83,000 sq. ft automated warehouse – $24M
