Chuck Ginsberg grew up in an entrepreneurial home where he learned the value of treating people with honesty and integrity. It is no wonder that he measures his success by helping other people reach their goals.
Chuck learned how to analyze markets as a successful bond trader at the Chicago Board of Trade and he was able to adapt that skill to become a successful real estate investor. From his experience in real estate, he learned how to listen to the needs of the other party, so he could structure deals that worked for both sides. Chuck now applies both these experiences when working with business owners to design customized exit strategies.
After seeing his father not able to sell his manufacturing business after 50 successful years, he became aware that this situation is fairly common. Today Chuck enjoys working with entrepreneurs who face a similar situation to create a succession plan that will keep those businesses operating in order to support the employees and the owner’s retirement.
When not implementing his tried and true strategic, caring, and hard-working approach to create win/win deals, Chuck is spending time exploring the outdoors, reading a good book, and making his solar powered home in the Graceland West neighborhood environmentally friendly for his wife Hazel, and daughter Ultra-Violet.
