Cecil is a proud father of three adult children with three grandchildren. Growing up in Southern Illinois with a modest childhood he has learned to appreciate the value of treating others as you would have others to treat you with integrity and mutual respect.
After spending over a decade working in multibillion dollar organizations and being on both sides of mergers and acquisitions, which has taken him and his family from Kentucky to Ohio to Texas and back to Chicago. Did you know that there were two parts of Illinois, Chicago and the rest of Illinois?
He has an Associate degree in Electronics from Rets Electronics in Louisville, KY. His focus was like so many of us to go to school find a job and be happy. He found that after working as an individual contributor if he was going to really make a difference he would need to make a change to his plans. He made the decision rather than continuing down the technical path to move into the management career path. He entered into the management development program and worked his way from a Field Service Manager to Vice President of Operations.
Cecil has honed his ability to relate and communicate to the individual contributor as well as the Chairman of the Board. He is nationally recognized professional as seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX. Quoted as “A true professional in every sense of the word. A strong operational leader with a keen business sense.
