Abe Martin is a successful leader, analyst, educator, mentor, manager, and coach. His experience consists, in part, of two decades in the International Intelligence Community, where he served as a cryptologic language analyst—one of the most highly-trained and -specialized fields within the US Air Force.
During this time, Abe trained up two generations of specialty experts, at the Top-Secret clearance level and above, to support and defend the nation. With 173 sorties and over 1,350 total flight hours, Martin learned, in combat situations, the importance of comprehending a complex situation with precision, and of acting promptly with accurate decisiveness—even in the face of rapid evolution or threat of physical harm to self or others.
In addition, Abe has successfully launched, improved, or turned around multiple high-priority and high-visibility military programs. Desiring to do the same with businesses of caliber, Martin acquired an MBA and teamed up with experts at Security Equity Group.
Abe Martin’s favorite accomplishment is that of being a husband for 22 years and father of four sons. He is an active volunteer and member of his church—which has long been another source of great fulfillment, of opportunities to change and improve lives, and to learn compassion and leadership.
