She began her career as the first woman to successfully sell computers for IBM in the New York Garment District. After leaving IBM, Mary successfully ran two Software Companies and then joined Digital Equipment Corporation to run their premiere Sales School to train their Sales force in business and financial selling. Mary received Digital’s Instructor Excellence Award and was named “Woman of the Year” by the New Hampshire YWCA. Mary held several senior Marketing positions within Digital, one of which was to run 25% of DECworld, which is Digital’s most important trade show. For this work, Mary received Digital’s Marketing Leadership Award.
Currently Mary is the President of TRB Consulting Group, which is a Management Consulting firm that specializes in Sales and Marketing. Mary pioneered innovative and unique methodologies that create change and drive positive, tangible results for Sales, Marketing and people’s lives. She has personally coached and trained 14,000 Sales, Marketing and Business executives in 40 countries in the past few years. Mary’s clients include Microsoft, Motorola, Compaq Computer Corporation and hundreds of other companies—both large and small. Mary is a keynote speaker, business manager/coach and an outstanding trainer. She has a strong international background and extensive cross-industry experience.
