Robert has served the water filtration industry for over 25 years. Known to many as the “Doctor of Water,” Robert earned two bachelor degrees in Biology and his master’s degree from San Francisco State University in 1983. Robert later received his Biology Doctorate in 1999.
Applying his knowledge of microorganisms, Robert focused his efforts on agricultural, drinking water and ultra pure water systems to become one of the leading experts in industrial water for private industries.
In 1998, after his wife had taken ill from a microorganism found in their local city water supply, Robert investigated the whole-house filtering options available on the market and realized every one of them were using old, less effective technology. Robert immediately went to work using all of his expertise to develop a water filtering system that would protect his family. From his efforts came the Quali-clean and to date Robert has sold thousands of these units. Additionally, Robert has been involved in the development of the world’s first containerized desalination plant as well as the world’s smallest mass produced desalination equipment available for applications on small craft as well as emergency situations.
Robert’s specialty has always been to provide equipment that addresses a specific need while at the same time maintaining that the product remains environmentally friendly. From conception to completion, Robert continues to develop, test and create water products to fit your specific requirements. Once these products are on-line Robert can also help you develop Specific Operating Procedures (SOP) to keep your equipment functioning at the proper levels for maximum efficiency.
Robert’s experience includes being the CEO of Quality Industrial Water, LLC, Chief Biologist at Quality Olde time Service, INC, Adjunct Professor at National University, is currently a Board member and Treasurer at the San Marcos Historical Society and has been the Senior Peripatologist and Advisor to the State of California Department of Education under Superintendent Dr. Delaine Easton.
