James is an entrepreneur who values integrity, creativity and possesses a penchant for efficiency. James began his career with an education in Computer Animation. While this field satisfied his creative nature, he began looking for ways to use his creative thinking in more of a business atmosphere. He discovered success in the Real Estate market by keying in on less obvious opportunities and used his skills with making connections and developing relationships to uncover hidden opportunity gems.
James also found success in the restaurant world. As a restaurateur for a period of time, he learned the ins and outs of this industry and even got involved with a successful catering operation.
What he discovered in all his successful ventures, was that the same sound business practices work in every market. James has since gotten involved in the Luxpro Home program, managing high end properties for rent in an Airbnb type of format and is actively searching for other new and interesting business to purchase and grow.
A belief that helping others is an important part of any successful live leads James to regularly donate blood to the Red Cross and prepare food packages for people in need.
