Josh is based out of Northern Virginia where he was born and raised. He has over ten years of experience in business and finance. He has a great combination of youthful energy and seasoned experience.

Josh holds a Masters of Science in Finance from George Washington University, a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and B.B.A. in Finance from Radford University. He holds a Masters certificate in Commercial Real Estate Finance from New York University, a Masters certificate in Government Contracting from Villanova University, and a Masters certificate in Forecasting from Johns Hopkins University.

Josh holds the following designations: Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), and is an Accredited Small Business Consultant (ASBC).

Before Josh’s career in private equity and business acquisitions he was an active US Marine. He is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.
